Using a single technological platform Crossject customises its injection devices to the specific characteristics of its partner companies’ drugs.
- The injection depth: Intradermal, Subcutaneous or Intramuscular.
- The injection volume: from 0.1 to 0.6 ml.
- The product characteristics: viscosity, etc
The device is customised by modulating the gas generator’s intensity as well as the technical characteristics of the nozzle, so as to ensure the proper penetration and optimal distribution of the drug into the targeted tissue.
Laboratory trials carried out on an ex-vivo human skin model (developed specifically by Crossject) coupled with the MRI visualization of injections carried out on healthy individuals confirm that the product meets specifications before entering the industrialisation phase.
